Instructions:

- Right click on the buddy icon of your choice

- Choose 'Save Picture As...' from the dropdown menu

- Open MSN Messenger

- Click 'Tools'

- Choose 'Change Display Picture...' from the dropdown menu

- Click 'Browse'

- Double click on your buddy icon of choice
